OML both packed and moved all my things to my new apartment. When I first called for a quote, *** promptly booked an appointment to come visit and provide an estimate - a personalized service none of the other movers I called offered for 2-bedroom apartment moves (only for houses or bigger moves). OML was also flexible in booking an early morning move. *** was the team leader for the move. He packed everything expertly in one day. The rest of his crew (I am sorry, I forgot their names) were on time shortly after 7am the next day for the move. Nothing was broken or damaged. They were polite, helpful and efficient. Je suis aussi particulièrement reconnaissante d'avoir pu communiquer en français avec le propriétaire lors de mon appel initial et d'avoir profité d'un personnel de déménagement bilingue (*** et son équipe). If I ever have to move again, I will definitely call OML. I hightly recommend their services to anyone!

and *** did a terrific job for me. I was so overwhelmed with the thought of all the packing ahead of me and they lifted that weight while I just relaxed. Would definitely highly recommend Ottawa Moving Logistics. They are going to move me next week. Figure I made the best choice.

They took great care of all my belongings and took extra care to make sure my cat didn't escape. The estimate was almost exactly what I ended up owing at the end of the move so no surprises. Can't recommend them enough!

The care and safety taken with the 3 gentlemen in moving a 1,250 lbs crate off a delivery truck, which was not part of the contract and moved the very heavy piece of equipment into our office lab with no damage to the building or equipment. Their response time was very fast and I would definitely recommend and use OML for any future moves.

an *** delivered a new refrigerator to our house. They put down mats from the front door to the location and brought it in with no fuss. Everything was professional and expertly done. I would use them again.
