I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I concur that there is an appointment scheduled for 2/24/at 6:00pm The issue described has not been resolved I have not received the correct hardware for the cabinets I have explained that the maximum length of the drawer handle is 4" I do not understand why American Cabinet Refacers is unable to order the correct hardware I am requesting that this matter not be closed until American Cabinet Refacers provides and installs the correct hardware I have made myself available in the evenings and communicated this to American Cabinet Refacers I am not available Mon - Fri between - due to my work requirements The first appointment scheduled in months is for 2/24/at 6:00pm Any other attempts to stop by without an appointment would be fruitless.Please confirm my request to not be closed this complaint until American Cabinet Refacers provides and installs the correct hardware

We have been to *** *** home 2-time & she was not there She never answered our telephone calls but when she does we cannot find a convenient day & time She is very difficult But now we have apptwith *** *** for Wednesday 2/24/after pm Finally &

I returned $to the ***'s one week ago

Just to update you *** the material left the manufacturer on May ? We will receive it on May and install at Mr***'s home the same week.Sorry for any inconvenience I caused Mr*** but as you can see we are taking care of this situation.Respectfully yours,Stewart F*

That is true our company has suspended operations., upon the sale of my home which is on the market now, I will have more than enough money to return *** ***' refund of $All I ask is for is her patience.? Respectfully Yours, Stewart F?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and continue to be wary of any offer provided until I can see the finished productI have been put off for months by the company with numerous excuses and have forced them to respond by sending them an email on May 12, demanding a final date by which they would get this doneIn that email, I told them that they have failed to respond to several requests by the Revdex.com for information (as per your previous email to me) and that this complaint would remain open until they completed the repairsI can only assume that this is why you finally received thier response, and it seems that miraculously the material is now in transitVery suspicious if you ask me.Thank you for providing the leverage to get them to actI will await their call to schedule the work and wil update you when the work is completed to my satisfactionThere are still several things that can go wrong with this, and I cannot close this complaint just yetThe material may not match the initially installed facing (which they have not agreed to correct) or the doors that did not need replacement, and if that is the case I will have no choice but to demand a complete do-overI truly hope it does not come to that; I simply want the quality product that I assumed I was getting when I first contracted them
