Kindly see attached the following proof that our business takes no responsibility for lost/stolen packages that don't...

require signature. 
 
Exhibit A) Customers order clearly states NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED underneath the "shipping methods"
 
Exhibit B) Under "Delivery Options" our "checkout" page is set to "REQUIRE SIGNATURE" by default. A customer needs to physically click the "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in order to take off that option. Furthermore we have a disclaimer stating that we do NOT take responsibility for packages not requiring signature. 
 
Exhibit C) Our shipping policies page clearly states in BOLD we do NOT take responsibility for lost/stolen items without signature. You can also see this information on our website here: [redacted]

Review: My husband order a bracelet for me as a gift at Jan ** 2014 online and expected it will arrive before Jan ** 2014. And he never received any information about his order including order number and shipping information (definitely he ever checked his junk mail box). Three weeks later he sent an email to ask about his order, first time OTTE said this item is in back order and didn't ship yet. Then second time another email gave an order number and a fedex tracking number indicating the item is delivered at Jan ** 2014. But we don't know anything about this. If we didn't send an email to ask about the order, we never know we already lost our order. And OTTE said it's not their fault because we don't ask a signature. They provide a free shipping and never showed this option. We order many items online and never lost anything no matter it's expensive or not except OTTE. I'm so disappointed that I have no chance to see my husband's gift for me.Desired Settlement: I hope OTTE could either refund or really ship the item to us. Thanks a lot.
