Review: Placed an order online 12-19-2013. I received an e-mail confirming order. I have not received any of my merchandise. I have sent two e-mails with the order number and have not heard from the business. they had no problem taking my money I just want to know what the hold up is or if they cant fill the order refund my money.Desired Settlement: If they cant fill the order I want my money back.

Review: several months ago I proceeded into otter creek lures website and purchased $43 dollars worth of merchandise as I normally do with vendors , I was provided with an order confirmation number and money was put on my credit card. several weeks went by with no delivery as promised so I phoned the business asking about my merchandise left a message no response, tried this 2 other times with ni response. At this point basically have purchased nothing I don't useally can get a response or resolve problems on my own but at this point if you guys could help me im in need thanks brian dickeyDesired Settlement: Id like to get back the stolen money and move on.
