When I bought the defender Series Otterbox for my phone I was told that I had a years warranty that would cover any damage to the otterbox and my phone that it was suppose to protectWell now that I havent even had it less then a month and the phone was damaged in the Otterbox and now does not work they will not replace and refund me the money that I spent on itThey keep saying they will replace the Otterbox but what is the purpose of having an otterbox if the phone is broken?

I bought a lifeproof phone case for my *phone ***, received the case and it started falling apart within a couple months of purchaseContacted lifeproof and received a replacement case with no problemWhen the second case arrived I noticed my cellphone signal was being diminishedI compared this to another *** phone on the same network in the same exact location as my phoneI contacted both lifeproof and groupon (whom I purchased the case through) and neither company would issue a refund due to it being out of day return periodI find this to be a derious problem as I and I am sure many others use their cellphones alot and in case of an emergency not having service can be a major safety risk

situation that a phone and case may be put into, and also due to the fact that we do not manufacture the device, we are unable to cover it under our warranty It is also clearly stated in our warranty that we are unable to cover damage to devices inside or outside of a LifeProof product under any circumstances If you would like to read through the warranty, you may do so here:
