I am quite surprised with the final response to the last message from Revdex.com I would like to request information regarding whom we contact when a company has ADVERTISEMENT clearly written on their advertisement for a product Perhaps I am misunderstanding the words 100% waterproof Is there another way to read those words?
Please advise or guide me in the right direction when a company falsely advertises

I bought a defender case through the company for my *** *** * so that I could ensure that my *** was safe from drops and damage to the screenOn the site they advertise drop rated and such and I have had products from this company previously that I have likedThis particular case I believe to be defective because the case caused a crack in my screen that has now grown to cover the expanse of my screenI contacted the company with this problem and explained that my device should be repaired due to a defect within their product but I was denied that because of a policy in their companyThe case has two defects that I noticedA corner of the case kept coming loose so I would have to squeeze it together to get it to click in, I feel that this is one possibility that could have caused the crack but the other possibility is the separate cover for the screen that doubles as a standI found this protective shield to be helpful in making sure the screen was protected, however because of

I ordered a product from the organization directly through there websiteThey are offering free 4-day shipping or expedited 2-day shipping for extra dollarsMake sure you read the fine print because despite the 2-day guarantee they can take up to hours to process the shipmentThere is no reason to offer 2-day shipping when they cannot fulfill the request

I am rejecting this response because: the company falsely advertised and therefore committed fraud when they said that their case is waterproof up to metersThe phone was not even soaked 1ft deep when water entered and destroyed itThis is a manufacturing defectThey need to give me back my money for breach of warranty and manufacrurer's defect

Good afternoon, I purchased one of your cases from *** ***it was a otter box defender for *** *** *** *** ***I got the case back in ***i been using the case for a couple months and it caused my *** to bendI currently have two cases a defender sand *** 6s defender and I had other *** defender cases for various modelsThe plastic in this case is very cheapThis case is made with flimsy plastic I believe this was a product defect which caused my *** to bend while being in the caseI took it to the *** store and the amount to get a replacement is I can give you a copy of the invoiceif need be I can send you pictures of the *** the case and how the case is curving and its no stress or pressure marks in the case I really enjoyed otter box the past five years plus and this is the first time I have a issue as such
My cell phone was broken in the lifeproof protect case They won’t do anything about my device They use to be said if there is any device broken in their case , they will also pay for the device

I'm sorry to hear about the damage to the phone while inside the LifeProof case While we do have the Limited Product Warranty that covers damage to a LifeProof case, this warranty does not extend to the device itself Due to the fact that we are unable to control every
situation that a phone and case may be put into, and also due to the fact that we do not manufacture the device, we are unable to cover it under our warranty It is also clearly stated in our warranty that we are unable to cover damage to devices inside or outside of a LifeProof product under any circumstances If you would like to read through the warranty, you may do so here:

I purchased a Life Proof cell phone case at $and the case failed to work after approximately months It failed to charge and the buttons on the case malfunctioned I contacted Otter Box.com to report it and obtain a replacement, however they advised me the case was discontinued They sent me a replacement that is worth $ This is not a comparable product for the price I paid for my original phone case
We extensively test our cases to ensure that a phone will survive a call, and there are circumstances that could result in the damage of a device inside our caseStretching or tearing in the silicone material, fractures occurring in the plastic from wear and tear or a general weakening of the case due to extreme temperature change can lessen the likelihood that the case will defend against possible device damageThe case is additional protection against damage, but is not invincibleWe stand behind our cases by replacing them when they become damaged, even slightly, to ensure they are going to provide the most protection possible
