The order was changed by the customer several timesAt no time did I say that I could guarantee all of the order on a specific dateIt was not until the first part of the order was ready that I was made to deliver it as they did not have the

The dining room table base as I was told needed to be stabilized as it must have come loose in transportI have made several attempts to pick up the base to fix it, to no avail
I was then sent a threatening text message that I would be taken to courtI repsonded with an email on 11/22/that I take full responsibility in fixing the dining room table baseBut, I can not fix it if I do not have access to itThe remaining products, two custom dressers and a custom entertainment stand have been completed for a month nowI advised them in the email that delivery will not be made without payment
In response I was told that they would contact me with further actionI have not heard anything from them since

We do not accept the business owner's response as it does not address the refund owed for items that have not been delivered or the two items that are incomplete (kitchen table & bed) and unusableWe have been over-communicative with the business owner dating back to our initial meeting on June 22, Portions of our order have changed since the initial quote however the delivery date(s) and items were confirmed by the business owner multiple times, including the changesThe business owner has NOT made several attempts to correct the unfinished kitchen table, she made one which we could not accommodate due to the Thanksgiving holidayWe have never threatened the business owner, simply advised that it was unfortunate that she could not repair the unusable piece nor deliver the remainder of our order given the long length of time that we patiently waited
The business owner's communication has been deplorable and went further south beginning in August after we mailed the first paymentShe has consistently been incorrect, misleading and contradictoryFor example, she said pieces were near complete when they had not been started and that she doesn't have people working on the weekends to help deliver yet previously she had communicated that two guys were finishing some of our pieces over a weekend (see attached communication history for details)
We have been more than lenient and forgiving given that we had been out of state and changed our orderAt this time we have overpaid her for items received and paid in full for unfinished & unusable itemsWe want to be refunded for these items ASAP and cease any further relationship with this business
