Otto F. Blazsek

Review: I was referred to Otto Blazsek by a friend of his to do a title transfer on my home. I sent him a check for $250 on November 7, 2013 by mail and he cashed my check on November 14, 2013. I called him several times to find out what else he needed from to get this process complete. He called me once to tell me my check bounced and I told him he did NOT and I had proof. He realized he confused me with someone else and said he would call me back to schedule an appt. He called me in December 2014 and asked if we can wait until after the holidays to handle this. I said no problem. He never got back in touch with me. I had to call him and remind him of who I was because he seemed to keep forgetting. He asked that I bring in all the necessary paperwork in January and I did. This was my first visit to his office. He didn't even begin to work on my paperwork until February, 2014 during my 2nd visit to his office. He could not finish the paperwork until I sent him a copy of our property tax assessment which I did. His assistant [redacted] confirmed she received it and would begin typing up my paperwork finally. I called her Monday, March 10, 2014 to ask her if all was complete. She said she didn't have a chance to type it up because she needed help from Otto I told her I had a day off on March 14, 2014 and would be able to come in and sign the paperwork. She said she would call me and let me know what time to come in. I called her again on Thursday, March 13, 2014 to confirm everything was ready for me to sign. She said it was NOT ready because Ottos been in court. I told her that March 14th was my day off and I wanted the documents ready for me to sign. I told her I had been waiting since November 2013 for otto to assist me and I have been getting the run-around ever since. I told her if it wasn't ready by March 14th, I would want my money back. It is now March 18, 2014 and I have not heard from Otto or his assistant [redacted]. I just want my $250 back at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like my check for $250 refunded to me. otto has not done what he was contracted to do. He should have never cashed my check if he wasn't going to do the job.
