[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Otto has refused to even look at our vehicle or take it for another test drive the timing chain is getting louder and the bucking is evident every time you accelerateThere os now a strong odor of sulfur coming from the vehicleWhy does this man not even want to look at this vehicle again?? This customer purchased a *** *** on 4.29-at a cost of $After a test drive they wanted to buy the car, and *** *** stated he had the same carWe did a PA State inspection and replaced the rear brake pads and rotors as well as a lube oil and
filter and checked all fluid levelsThe customer then took delivery of the vehicleAfter a time they returned and said the vehicle was running a little roughWe ordered a VVT solenoid from *** that adjusts the timing as well as new spark plugsA short time later *** *** returned and complained how the transmission was shiftingWe explained this vehicle has a C.V.TTransmission (constant velocity transmission) and you don’t feel it shift the same as most transmissionsWe then did a complete transmission service with *** Factory Fluids just to keep the client happyHe never complained about the situation againHe came in a while later and complained about the front brakes, even though we put new ones on the back and the front were measured at 10/"B, 2/32” B passes for PA State Inspection (see attached inspection report)We installed new brakes and rotors on the front anyway to keep the client happyA while later Mr*** came in again and said he still feels a vibrationMyself and my mechanic went for a ride with him while he was drivingEvery now and then he would say “do you feel that?” Both me and my mechanic said “we felt nothing.” He got upset and couldn’t believe we didn’t feel anythingI stated to *** “do you want to say I feel it just to make you happy?” when we returned back to the dealership he asked if he could take the car to his mechanic, just to keep him happy I agreedA week or so went by and *** told me his mechanic found the problemIt was and Osensor and it would cost to correctI again agreed to the repair, keep in mind all the money I spent after the sale on repairs with none of this covered under my free warranty(See attached Warranty).We have been in the same location for over years with a great deal of our business coming from referrals and repeat businessAs you can see we bend over backwards to please our customers, and do many things after the sale that are not covered by our 50/WarrantyMoreover, when Mr*** dropped his car off for repair not covered by warranty we provided a loaner car each time (again not our policy and we did it only for him)But some people you just can’t help enough or pleaseThis is a client that when he doesn’t hear what he want to hear he gets very mean and upsetLet me know if I can be of further assistanceVery truly yours,

I'm sure you have read the "many" repairs I have done on this vehicle after the sale.  None of these repairs were under my warranty and the customer never paid a 50/50 on any bill.  Se a copy of my warranty I sent you.  And also paid the repair bill from own mechanic in full.  Yes I did speak with [redacted] and at the very end of the conversation in person and he said there was a "slight" noise.  No need to replace this part.
It is total nonsense that I won't even look at the car!! If we find this part needs repair we will certainly do it under my "50/50" warranty at "my shop"
