The team at Otto's practices a manipulation technique that directs customers to specific vehicles, using inconsistent "VIP savings", refusing test drives on other vehicles, and generally employing inconsistent and deceptive pricing policies.

I brought my car to Otto's because of an overheating issue. $2,100 and 1 week later I picked up the vehicle and left the dealership to go to work. On my drive to work the car overheated and was smoking. I opened the hood to find that a hose had burst and that my entire engine compartment was covered in coolant fluid. I had it towed back to Otto's. When I got there they provided me a rental for the weekend while they fix what they should have in the first place. I get to the dealership in the tow truck and go in to get paperwork and I'm asked for my license, so I go get it out of my car. After that she then asks for my insurance. Since she just had me go outside for my license, this time she went to my car and retrieved my insurance, from my glove box. Everything is handled and I leave (with no instruction about how the brand new rental operated I may add). I pick my car up after the weekend, and everything seems to be normal, until yesterday. I went out to my car to put my work shoes on the passenger side, and noticed my glovebox handle sort of ajar. I go to touch the handle and it falls to pieces in my hand. The handle lifted with no resistance at all and a metal piece fell to the floor. Once I was able to jimmy the box open I found more pieces inside just sitting there. Now I called Otto's and spoke to Beth, and told her what had happened and how their employees were the last people to open the glove box, and was told that none of her staff would break something and not say anything. Okay fine, so am I calling and lying to you? Did you even ask the employees who worked on it to double check? No. You said that glovebox locks have been known to burst over time... She then told me I could bring it in for an estimate to see how much it would cost me to fix it. Although I never had a problem with it before their employees had their way with it. I was not treated as a paying customer should be treated. I felt disrespected that my claim was seemingly turned around to make me seem like a liar. I will never do business here again and I will continue to make people aware that their local BMW dealership does not have their interest at heart. The overpricing is a BMW thing, which is understandable, but the dissatisfaction? That was all Otto's.
