I am writing this to warn buyersMy wife recently purchased a car through OttosourceEverything seemed to be okay, we saw the car, I noticed a piece of weather stripping came unglued and they promised to fix itdays after the sale was finalized they still had the car stating something went wrong in inspectionWe called everyday and they kept saying it was still at the shopAfter the fourth day the salesman gave me the number to the shop they sent it toI called and we finally picked up the next dayWhen I asked what was wrong they said it was an error code and they cleared it so it should be fineEverything looked ok and we were ready to just be done dealing with them
Once I got it home I rechecked everything and noticed the weather stripping wasnt fixed and the tires had places where the treads were flapping offThey can plead ignorance all they want but the fact is they sold a dangerous car without a second thoughtThe salesman's big selling point was that it was a owner carIt turns out that ONE person was a RENTAL COMPANYI should have paid more attention but to be honest I should be able to trust a company on such a big purchase
Now we are getting notices saying our warranty is about to expire and we need to contact a company called MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICESAfter some research I have found this company is totally bogus and preys on new car buyers selling extended warranties that don't cover anythingI have called the company asking where they received my PERSONAL information from and they said it routinely is sold to them by dealershipsAfter I expressed my frustrations to them they refused to say anything else and hung up on me multiple times
The bottom line is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPEvery shady story you've heard about used car salesmen is completely personified by this dealershipI'm tired of it so Ill be posting this to every possible review site I can find
Their almost star reviews baffle me and the only thing I can come up with is they have people related to their business buff up their reviews, this is just speculation on my part

So again I called Tim *** and he told me to get it back to the inspection vendor(Eurotech)On my way there I almost got in three wrecks, one of which was almost jumping a half wall due to my inability to stopAfter an inspection of my vehicle, it was found that the rear passenger brake caliper wasn't bolted on, had come loose, and was dragging in my rear wheel wellThe dealership has promised to fix this and sent me home in a Toyota Corolla (kinda mad about that too)They told me it would be done in a timely manner, that was over a week agoI was told today that the parts have been delayed again and would be delivered on 5/15/Needless to say I am furious I am paying for an Audi while I drive a Corolla
