OTV Technologies

OTV has closed since COVID. I have no way to get my laptop back from them. There's no one answering the phone, and they have no email address.
Two days before the great COVID-19 shutdown I took my laptop into OTV to get it serviced. It was doing everything very slowly and I assumed it had a virus or viruses. Since that time, I've been unable to contact OTV to get my laptop back. I've gone by the store numerous times (the sign on the window has not changed); the phone goes immediately to a recorded message and hangs up, and there is no email contact on the website. I would just like to get my laptop back!

On March 9, 2020 I ordered a new computer. I paid and have been waiting to hear when to pick up. I thought the delay was because of the corona virus.

I checked online and have seen numerous complaints about the store closing and many people are out money and equipment.

Took my computer in for repair on March 16. Despite a sign on their door saying they would finish repairs to customer's computers, they have not.
Hi, took my computer in to OTV Technologies in Regina on March 16, 2020 for repair. The sales order number is ***. I paid a diagnostic fee of $55.50. A few days later, they were forced to shut down due to Covid19. Despite a sign on their door saying they would continue to work on customer's computers left for repair then contact them, they have not repaired mine or even shown any common courtesy by contacting me. Their website appears to be down and they are unreachable by phone. I would like my computer returned in the condition I left it in and my money refunded. Thank You.

I ordered a PC from the company which was financed through a third party company. The PC was never delivered, and I can't contact OTV.
On 12/03/2020 I order a PC from OTV Regina. The parts for this PC were to be shipped to their Regina location and assembled on site. This PC was purchased using a loan from the the third party financing company ***. The PC was valued at $2,332.84 and over $400 has been payed on the loan. So far I have gotten no answer from OTV on the status of this PC or if it will ever be delivered. *** has been made aware of the situation and how it violates the terms of the loan, however they have offered no advice on the matter. The level of professionalism from both companies is very troubling. It is approaching the second month of this issue and neither party has put forward a clear resolution to the matter.
