Review: I went to Oty MotoRs to purchase a [redacted]...I had previously seen pictures that were sent to me by the salesman but not of how terrible the inside looked I did a walk thru of the vehicle and pointed out items in the interior and exterior to the salesman that made me not wanna continue with the deal but was told by the sale man that theses thing would be fixed so I continued on with the deal. I placed $500 of the deposit down on a Monday and were to bring the rest on Saturday and pick up.the vehicle from there. I was given a receipt I thanked the company and I left .ON the very next day I called to make sure all the things would be fixed by Saturday and I was asked by the salesman if one could look up the exact name and price of the parts to fix which I proceeded to do and contacted him With the details. I was told that the info would be forwarded to [redacted] the owner and he would let me know if it would be done.by Saturday. He then stated that his boss Oty M[redacted] say he will have one or two things fix ed or he pay half which I explained that was not wat was previously discussed and if that is the case then there was no need to proceed with the deal and I would come in the next day Wednesday to pick up my$500 I previously put down and which he told me he would have a answer for me the next day at 10am. The next day comes and I don't receive a call till 330pm and was told the owner has said he not fixing anything...s like I had said.the day before if he's not fixing I'm not continuing on. I thanked the salesman and told him I would be down to get my money and he told me I was to call finance manger which I did and she stated that my money was non refundable, which was never told to me and does not read on my receipt. She said she would speak to owner and call me back I didn't get a call back u got a 3 page text saying I get no money back and the owner spoke to me and was extremely rude and nasty he said.he would call me the next day which he never did and I still have not got my money ...Desired Settlement: I jus want my $500 back ...I placed money down on a vehicle because I was told the things would be fixed which they renigged on so I jus want way is due to me there was.nothing that said.no refund I was never told that and my receipt doesn't state that I was lied to and I just want to be down with this business and proceed to get a vehicle else where from elsewhere for me and.my family...I am a first time buyer and I feel completely robbed right is right ...I just want my money that's all

Revdex.com spoke with the business. The customer put down a non refundable deposit of this vehicle. After that time she came back with a list of issues she wanted the business to fix on the vehicle. The business was unable to makes these changes and the customer then wanted her deposit back from the business. While it is a non-refundable the business, as a gesture of goodwill to the customer, will be refunding the deposit. The customer should have this refund within 7 to 10 business days.
