the District Manager and Store Manager of the situation and directed both of them investigate who was working on the day of your visit.I truly apprieciate you taking the time to let us know of the poor customer service you received.It has given us the opportunity to reevaluate how we can better improve our customer service and communication not just at the Sawmill location but also at all our stores.If you would allow me to send you a gift card in the hopes that you will give us another chance to earn your buisness I would be very appreciative. they receive a copy. The receipt states that after 24 hours of the buy being complete and the customer has not returned, a gift card will be issued for any items the store can purchase. Any items that cannot be purchased including the container will be recycled or donated to a charity of the companies choice. On the same receipt it asks if you would like to receive a text. We do not call customers. Unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication when you brought your items in.I would like to rectify the situation.
