Review: I lived At [redacted] Pa [redacted] from March 2011 until July 2012 while living there I was bullied by another tenant. at that time I lived in apartment [redacted] 03/11to 12/11 they then moved me to apartment [redacted] I lived there until 07/12 when I was given no choice but to move as I was still being bullied. After many talks with the office manager and the building manager and calling the police nothing happened to improve the problem. I received a prompt response after moving that I moved before my year was up.So I could not get my security refunded. I was forced out and would like my security refunded.Desired Settlement: refund my security and help the disabled and elderly when they are being bullied.
