The company's return policy doesn't indicate anything about damaged or no damaged product, it simply says a 30 day return policy. They continue to place blame on me as the consumer & are taking no responsibility for what they say or represent online, what happened to the customer's always right?

Hello,The customer's initial email to us states that her dog destroyed the collar. The warranty will be forfeited and a return is not possible since the product was destroyed by the customer.
