On 5/2/an email was handed to our Service Manager to respond to Revdex.com complaint filed with the Revdex.comAfter reviewing the complaint filed, we began an investigation on the complaintOur findings showed Mr*** *** is an employee for Bossier Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Hillsboro TexasAnd at no point in time during this transaction did Mr*** indicate he owned or was the owner of the Nissan Versa in questionAnd that the car in question is a Bossier Dodge Chrysler Jeep vehicleIn the complaint filed with the Revdex.com Mr*** stated he brought the vehicle to Garlyn Shelton Nissan, when in fact it was someone else presumably employed or subcontracted by Bossier Dodge Chrysler Jeep that brought the vehicle in on a trailerAnd an employee that works for Bossier Dodge Chrysler Jeep that brought the check to pay for the diagnosis on 4/28/And it was an employee or subcontractor employed by Bossier Dodge Chrysler Jeep that came and used a trailer to remove the vehicle from Garlyn Shelton Nissan on 4/29/In conclusion, Mr*** was not mislead, he was informed by the service departments service advisor of diagnostic charges and as an employee of a dealership said individual knows and understands the processes of how dealerships work
