extra billing on contract- when I called about it to understand my contract. they were rude and didnt even help me understand it. account 1688, I pay in check all the time. OK I called XXX-XXX-XXXX which is my main office.In my contract its says I pay 140.98 a month which includes rent 131.76+9.22 for taxes=140.98, which I have, I have a credit of 264.22 as of right now. when I pay more on the barn I purchased they tell me that it goes on my account but does not get taking off the the payoff. which it should. since I tell them to do that. my payoff is 834.44 as of right now.but last month I didn"t have the funds to make a payment cause of some medical problems I had. I called them to tell them that. they told me since I have a credit that I would be ok. so I got my bill this month and my month bill of 140.98 came out but they added 56.39 for rent they say at the total of the payoff.( which that is not in my contract at all). I can send you a copy of my contract if need be. Desired Settlementthe settlement Im seeking is that when I pay more on the bill that it should come off the amount of the payoff and and it should say that 56.39 for rent ( since that a rent bill) it should be stated in the contract. I did not accomplish this by doing my customers wrong. AHS informed me today there will now be 3 companies involed with your installation. Too many hands are getting involved. Please allow me to let my lead service tech and field operations manager to your home with you to find the problem and resolve it. Once this is completed we will ham any ceiling damages repaired.
