Review: Company refused to answer phone calls regarding shipment of the purchase, made on August [redacted], 2013. $203.00 dollars worth of items were purchased. [redacted] finally replied on August [redacted], 2013 with an email stating that certain items were "made to order" and he would notify me when the order shipped. Four weeks later, the company refuses to respond to any emails, and a USPS shipment status was email to me but the statement is blank and shows that the order hasn't even been received by the post office. The company refuses to reply to email explaining the shipment email, the shipment status, or a refund of the purchase.
