01/20/2015To Whom It May Concern:I am corresponding to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com against on our restaurant on01/05/The complaint did order a piece chicken for $on 12/31/They cameto pick up their order approximately noon on that dayOn 01/02/complaint came to therestaurant very angry and spoke with a waitress with his complaintThe waitress then went toget the secretary to handle the complaintThe complaint was very upset and explained heordered the piece chicken and it was bloody and they could not eat itHe demanded hismoney backThe secretary tried to speak with him and asked if he had brought the productback, taken pictures, or called that day so we could have fixed their concerns on the day IthappenedShe tried explained that the chicken is always cooked the same way and the sameamount of time for years nowHe stated “are you calling me a liar” and said “I am acustomer and the customer is always right”He also stated he did not bring It back or havepictures that they threw It away and only wanted a full refundThe secretary did offer at thetime that he came to the restaurant a $refund but the complaint rudely stated he onlywanted a full refundShe told him that we could not give him a full refund considering that hedid not call that day, bring the product back or have pictures to showThe complaint stated thathe was going to report us and the secretary said she was sorry he felt that way but if thats whathe felt he needed to do she understoodThe secretary did credit his card for $eventhough he did refuse the refundOn 12/31/our restaurant hours were until 6pm that day.We were closed on 01/01/On the day that the complaint ordered chicken we were openunti! 6pm and they ordered the chicken as stated in their complaint for a luncheonWhen theynoticed their chicken was bloody we were still open for more hours that day and if they wouldhave call we would have made more chicken and delivered it to themOn that day we madeover pieces of chicken and had no calls about it being bloody or undercooked We take —pride in or restaurant and reputation and would have handled it the moment they callOurcéncerns are that we were opened until 6pm that day and they did not contact us until01/02/We felt we handled the situation the best we could giving a?efund considering thecircumstances and the time frame of the complaint and no product to go by.Thank you
