Review: I called your customer service on 6/20/2013 around 8am eastern time. I was calling because I wanted to know why I was being charged twice. The customer rep was very rude saying things like. Let me tell you something that you don't understand. How dare she talk to someone like that. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company and to have their families go through the same ordeal.Desired Settlement: I was calling because I wanted to know why I was being charged twice. Apology and maybe the staff gets better training.

I have not been able to find this customer in our system. I called the phone number on the complaint and spoke to a man who told me that this number is a cellphone. He would not give the home number so I can't seach by number. I think this complaint might be for OUR365 located in [redacted], MO. They take portraits in the hospital, we only service customers in home.

Review: This issue involves photos taken in my home of my grandchildren. We have a bait and switch situation. In order to get us to pick a more expensive package, we were promised that we would also receive a CD with all of the photos. The photo package arrived, and we did not get the CD. We called the company and inquired about the CD, and were told "we cannot give away the CD, which is a $300 value". We were outright lied to in order to get us to select a more expensive package.Desired Settlement: I will return the photos for a complete refund.

We have a definite price list and our representatives must follow it. He insists that his 99.99 package was to include a CD. I offered him a full refund if he wanted to return the product or a 50.00 refund to keep all the product. He decided on a 50.00 refund, His credit card was credited 50.00 on 4/22/14. I am sorry that he is not happy with our company.
