This service has helped me considerably and especially now during this "stay at home" phase of our lives. My 89 year old uncle in New Mexico likes having the daily calls to ensure he is safe and doing well. It gives both my Uncle and me a sense of peace and comfort to know Our Bright Link is working to provide us reassurance all is well.
Mark, the contact at Our Bright Link, has gone above and beyond helping us set this up for my uncle. We had many questions initially and Mark was extremely helpful. My uncle as also spoken with Mark and remarked about the great service.
I would recommend this company to any that need that little extra care of a family member.

After the Free Trial Period, which allowed the company access to my computer and phone, I found customer service inconsistent and unprofessional.
For example, While on the website, I encountered a suspicious request for a password to an email account.
All the owner arrogantly afvised was, "Well, it's not us; there are nefarious people out there."
At my request, the Owner sent me brochures to share that were from Instaprint on which "They're" was written as "Their."
Contacting the owner acted nonpulsed.
There are multiple companies operating out if a home.
Something is not right here.
I kept feeling unsure how my personal information I gave was going to be used.
The robo calls that attracted me to the company did come consistently. The one time a call was not received, the correct technical protocol was followed,
but all the owner did was produce computer documentation that the calls went out.
Such a change from my first impression! It was so unsatisfying I felt he was trying to get rid of me!
I canceled just after paying for the first 4 weeks, just to compensate the company for the "trial" period.

We work very hard every to ensure that our system meets our customers’ highest expectations and to earn their trust. Our customers can depend on us to call their loved ones on-time/every-time.

I personally received emails from this customer nearly every day of the free trial period. On one occasion she told me about some kind of suspicious password request as she attempted to log into our website, suggesting that we were somehow high jacking her computer. I attempted to reassure her that we do not access our customers’ computers or install any viruses or monitoring software on our customers’ computers. I did suggest that it was possible that her computer might have been infected, but if so, not by us. This customer was so happy with our service that she requested some flyers to pass out to her friends and neighbors. It is true that the flyers did contain “their” instead of “They’re” due to a proof reading error before printing. I personally apologized to the customer for the proof-reading error. There was one instance when this customer notified me that we did not call her as scheduled. If true this would be a very serious problem that needed immediate resolution. I personally reviewed our system logs and those of our telephone carrier and found that we did in fact place the call as scheduled. I attempted to reassure her that we did place the call as scheduled and sent her the call logs to prove that the call was placed exactly as it should have been.
