The service department of ourisman vw is terrible I scheduled an appointment for so I could drop my car off and get right to work using thier shuttle service For me this means getting up at 0430am The service department opened late and then when I confirmed I needed a shuttle to work I was told it was 'local' and only did miles I work miles from the location in laurell When I asked how long the wait was I was told a couple hours because there are people in front of me How is this possible? The service department doesn't open until 0600! When I used an explatitive the service department associate procceded to lecture me and told me I needed to rescheduleI wouldn't be in this situation if it were not for their shennanigans! Never ever go here

I took my vehicle to Laurel Honda about three weeks agoCJ, the service manager was very knowledgeable and professional However, whoever, work on my truck did not fix it right I was able to identify a unusal noise coming from the right wheel of my vehicle after I had taken it to Oursman Honda in Laurel When I took my vehicle back to identify noise it was kept over the weekend When I had inquire about the issue that the problem noise might have been from the brake job it was still not resolved I was told that my truck had two engine mounts that need to be replaced I am not a mechanic, but it runs in my family history! After getting an consult from another car division and extensive research, my vehicle was not showing any shines in relation to broken engine mounts etc.; vehicle vibrating or engine shaking After driving off my sister had to go shortly back to Ourmans Honda in Laurel and complain about the noise still coming from the right wheel near the brakes Let me sums thing up; brakes were loose , not replaced and my old brakes left on This has posed a serious and dangerous potential situation As for the suspicion of the engine mounts , I will have to take it to another dealer or mechanical shop

When I asked how long the wait was I was told a couple hours because there are people in front of me. How is this possible? The service department doesn't open until 0600!
