[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Michelle in your Tag and Title Dept and I have NEVER had a conversation in person nor over the phoneThe ONLY correspodence I've had with/by/from/received was a letter dated 11/28/in which I took out of my mailbox on 12/1/This was the same day I went to the dealer to find out what the hold up was on my tags being transferredOn this night it was very cold and pouring rain I had my baby out there 1) I am afraid to continue riding on dead dealer tags 2) I was told by DMV that the dealer had new tags for meI called that same day 12/1/once in the am and once in the pm and was told by someone BOTH times that the tags were not thereWhen I arrived I found not only were tags there but a $fee was dueAGAIN something I was not aware of (this was in the letter Michelle sent, HOWEVER I left work, I had to pick my baby up from daycare so I did not get the letter until that evening after leaving the dealer)So naturally I had questions: 1) Why do I have new tags? 2) Why is there money due? EVERYONE directed me to speak with Michelle because she was the one who handled the paperwork and at that time of the day she had already leftOz was able to confirm that he put in for a transfer of tags on 9/29/so the only other part was to speak with Michelle to find out why this was not doneAGAIN as I stated in my last response my husband & I signed EVERY single document there was to sign on 9/29/so what is this new person added mess after the fact!!!! I have copies and the dealer should have copies/originals too!!!This has become a nightmare that I would love to wake fromAs of today 12//14, I have called SEVERAL times (not always leaving a message but, I have left messages times before) she still has not returned my callI even spoke with a young lady who took my name and number I have NEVER spoken with or nor have I met her Look the bottom line is there has been some mistakes made and it needs to be handled with honesty and respectI am a THREE time returning customer who would like to have valid tags (my old ones)I am NOT able to go back and forth with thisI am not someone who is bored and has a lot of time on their handsIn fact I wish the days were a little longerI have a one year old whom I have to take to daycare EVERYDAY so that I can go to workI am a wife, mother of three, full time emplyeee and student So with ALL that said my brand new Chevy [redacted] has dealer tags which EXPIRED ON 11/28/So your understanding is now updated with CORRECT information the situation has NOT been resolved and [redacted] does not have her tags! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The sales representative never said anything about running my credit with other lenders I did not want to fill out the application but Corey told me that I needed to so that [redacted] can pull my credit The manager is lying and why do you have to pull my credit for lenders? Also my credit was Specify where you are getting this information from because I work with [redacted] and is very aware of my credit score I have proof...where is yours?Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer [redacted] owes us $1,for an insurance deductible On the [redacted] Insurance estimate, the $1,deductible was clearly stated On our invoice the deductible amount was clearly stated Our employee who delivered the vehicle missed it and failed to collect We have since called several times in an attempt to collect and [redacted] acts as if she does not know what we are speaking of If anything we should be the ones making a claim on this We would appreciate [redacted] making payment to us before we have to push this to court.Attached is our invoice and [redacted] 's estimate

Today we addressed [redacted] vehicle We originally replaced catalytic converter and an oxygen sensor We retrieved a code for the other converter and sensor on this visit The converter is a warrant able part the sensor is not Since [redacted] just paid the one sensor, we are taking care of this one leaving her with no more out of pocket expense We understand this has been a frustrating ordeal, but hopefully she is now satisfied

I drop my car off their April to have some work done While my car was there nothing was being done My Chevrolet Corvette sat outside for months with nothing being doneThey didn't call me or respond to my e-mails or voice messages on the status

We did a poor job communicating with [redacted] We have since made the pay-off of her traand paid her the $difference We extend our apology for the confusion, and hope that [redacted] is now satisfied.Kenny P***General Manager
