Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I purschased a new 2015 Ram 3500 and was told I would be called by the salesman when my tags would be in. Well my temporary tags expire in 5 days so I called the dealership and they said my tags came in 2 days ago but they did not have my phone number to call me OH REALLY? I said the salesman as well as finance had my phone number so why are you now saying you do not have my phone number?
I said please overnight them to me as the dealership had promised they would do if I wanted or could not pick them up. They said they do not overnight them even though I was told at time of sale they would. I am very unhappy with the lying and lack of cousomer service after the sale.

Review: To whom it may concern,The dealership advertises a price online for some of its new cars and does not honor it. Last Saturday, my friends and I went to the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle that we saw on their website. When we got there, we asked to see the car and showed him the link on our smartphone. He told us that the price online and the one at the dealership will not be the same and they mark the price down that way to get buyers to come in to the the store. We were very frustrated and decided not to buy the car from them and do more research.Use the following link for reference: [redacted]Dodge-Challenger-[redacted]It says the MSRP is $36,305. Then they put a Dealer Discount of -$5,824 which makes the E-Price of $30,481. Their is no indication of the price being different. Not even a star to indicate there is some type of explanation in the website.Desired Settlement: They need to start honoring the price they advertise online and change the way they display the information to reflect the most accurate data. What they are doing seems to be a common practice among dealerships and it is not fair for consumers. This practice is scam and needs to stop.I wish the dealership would pay us for wasting our time.

The above mentioned complaint stated that the dealership does not honor the advertised online price, and there is no indication on the website that the price may be different.

The following is our "E-Price" disclosure located in two different places on our website and reads as follows:

"Internet prices are quoted to give you the best possible value. Some quotes include all available rebates and incentives and do not include taxes, tags, destination, area advertising fees and $200 processing fee. Special financing is available only in lieu of all rebates and incentives. Not all customers will qualify for all incentives. Additional savings may be available due to changing programs."

When an internet customer visits the showroom, we present them with an Internet Price Disclosure form that shows the incentives and discounts used to determine the "E-Price". We honor all advertised pricing, including the internet. We use every option and incentive available to reduce our customers final cost.

I would be happy to personally review the pricing and discounts with the customers either by phone at ###-###-#### or in person.
