I've attached files that show the recall that was listed in the dealers' documents, but not fixed, which is against Arizona Law. Check out the repair listing on one of the documents and determine for yourself that the repairs are NOT "Cosmetic". I stand on my original request: 1) Refund my money entirely and take the car back; or 2) Fix all repairs listed and prove they've been doneor 3) Send me a check for $2,to off set my cost to have *** *** fix the major repairs.PS: I emailed the same attachments to the Revdex.com late last week. I hoped they attached them to my file

Our
extended warranty was offered to Mr. [redacted] (please see attached) Unfortunately
Mr. [redacted] signed to opt out on the extended warranty, which would
have covered issues related to the ones expressed by Mr. [redacted] Implied
warranty which is for 15 days or 500 miles does not cover...

cosmetic issues such
as the ones stated by Mr. [redacted] We are more than happy to help Mr. Siegel
with his vehicle mechanical issues by giving him wholesale pricing with our mechanics.In
regards to the registration issue: When a customer makes a decision to take it
into their own hands they could run in to problems as Mr. [redacted] has. We
recommend Prime Auto to handle title and registration so customers will not
have to go through troubles as these stated by Mr. [redacted] We are happy to know
that we were able to help with his troubles with the MVD to complete his
registration.

Unfortunately catalytic
converters are not a covered component under the implied warranty law especially
in the case that Mr.[redacted]ehicle did not in fact completely brake down or failed to start up at any time. As much as we would love to take the problem into
our own hands it wouldn’t be fair to the past customers or potential customers,
to favor this situation, when we are told by law what we can and can not handle
(Implied warranty law). As you see the implied warranty is not only for the
customers benefit but also for the used dealerships protection. The state
understands that used vehicles can have a wide variety of issues, therefore
limits the amount of reasons a vehicle falls under the “Dealers responsibility”
category. There is also a Buyers Guide that is included in the sale of all
vehicles stating any and all issues that could occur with a used vehicle. A “covered”
component under Arizona law would have been taking care of immediately but once
again and unfortunately catalytic converters are not a covered component. We are not sure why Mr. [redacted] failed to notice that he was well aware of the extended warranty that he signed to decline. We had attached it on last response but we will gladly attach it once again.
