Can you please give me an update on my complaint I would really like to know if my money is going to be refunded so that my car and be repaired correctly When washing and waxing this past weekend in the sun light I noticed now the paint is even different colors.This is ruining the value of the vehicle if I was to sale or trade-n I would like to get repaired Thanks

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was informed by *** that they was going to do nothing else to my vehicle So therefore they are not honoring there lifetime guarantee I would be afraid to take the vehicle back and leave for them to do anything with after being spoke to in the manner I was
I still am asking for the money to be refunded so that I can have the vehicle repaired at another facility The paint does not even match If I was to trade in the vehicle they have depreciated the value with their poor workmanshipI just want refunded the insurance money

As with all repair work that our facility performs, we offer a lifetime warranty to our customers. Our warranty states "All repairs performed by OBS Collision Services are guaranteed for defects and workmanship. This "Lifetime Warranty" is valid for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order."
The repairs to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] vehicle were performed in accordance with the estimate and guidelines set forth by the insurance carrier and performed based on industry standards. If the customer has concerns with a current or previous repair we would be happy to inspect the vehicle to determine what corrective actions if any need to be performed and perform any needed corrections per our warranty.
