Out Back Laundry

The Gardner facility only uses "laundry cards", which you obtain from the attendant. You then put the card and your money into an atm like machine, to put a balance on the Laundromat issued card, which you then use on the washers and dryers, instead of cash. My complaint is that I was told when I obtained my card, it has a $1.00 deposit. That means I return the card and get my $1.00 back, right? No, I was told when I returned the card there is no refund. So they should tell the truth, and call it "A $1.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!11"Product_Or_Service: laundry cardAccount_Number: card #0994Desired SettlementCash or check refund!Business Response The card is not received from the attendant.
