Review: In July of 2013 I dropped a lamp that has been in my family for over 50 years to been cleaned and a new shade constructed. It was left with a sales person named [redacted] and she gave me her cell phone # ###-###-####. I called reapeatedly both numbers to no avail. The message says the mail box is full. I have a receipt for the lamp and the receipt # [redacted].Please help as the lamp has great sentimental value.Thank you for your consideration.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd like the lamp back & will pay for the work that was completed.
