We are responding to the recent dispute with [redacted] We value our Revdex.com rating and strive to give each customer a wonderful buying experience There is no disagreement here regarding the fact that we showed her the vehicle history report The vehicle is safe and the minor damage was repaired by a licensed repair shop the vehicle was hit lightly in the left front There are degrees of damage and this was light The light was replaced and the radiator support was repaired The radiator support repair earns it the structural designation It would be the same if a rear quarter panel was damaged by a shopping cart and replaced There is no difference However, the designation saves the customer money on the selling price [redacted] is incorrect as to the reason Ford did not work on the vehicle They did not perform repair work because it was out of factory warranty They did however diagnose it and the repair work was performed by us and the issue has been corrected Yesterday, we received a call from her again complaining The vehicle did not start In fact, the battery was given a jump and the vehicle started This sometimes happens in cold weather Or....she may have left on a light or an accessory We know that it is working Now, we assume that there are no problems but we also assume that she is not happy We have offered to trade her into another vehicle but she has declined If she absolutely wants to return the vehicle we will honor that request and just charge her for any use of the vehicle at use and mileage charges.Thank you to the Revdex.com for getting involved and trying to resolve any dispute we look forward to your assistanceSincerely, [redacted] ***

We are in receipt of the complaint from [redacted] We have known [redacted] for many years and he has been a customer for some time We did last request a credit profile for [redacted] on March **, He had contacted me to possibly finance a new car or refinance a current one We discussed his credit and decided that it would not be an appropriate time to do either The same occurred on February ** The credit request falls within the criteria of the fair credit act and we are unable to remove them They stay on for a period of years and drop automatically Individually, they do not affect credit score We have enjoyed the respect and patronage of [redacted] for some time and certainly look forward to the same for years to come

PART OF THE COMMENTS FROM [redacted] ARE CORRECT SOME ARE NOT wE HAVE TRIED TO SATISFY [redacted] BUT SOMETIMES IT JUST DOESNT HAPPEN wE SOLD HIM A MI FORD EXPLORER IT WAS THE ONLY VEHICLE THAT WE COULD MATCH HIS PAYMT CRITERIA TO THE CAR WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CARS IN THE PRICE RANGE HE REQUESTS EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO LEMON LAW WRRANTY ON THE VEHICLE WE DID TRY TO WORK WITH HIM WE SENT IT OUT TO A TRANSMISSION FACILITY TO TRY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE THEY DID HAVE SOME PROBLEMS AND IT DID TAKE SOME TIME WE DID STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER UNFORTUNATELY THERE STILL IS A PROBLEM WE SENT IT BACK TO THE TRANSMISSION FACILITY THAT WE PAID BUT ALSO OFFERED TO REFUND HIS MONEY IN FULL THE CARS THAT HE CHOSE WOULD BE A LITTLE BIT MORE PER MONTH AND WE JUST COULD NOT ACCOMODATE HIM SINCE HE CALLED THE BANK, THEY HAD REQUESTED THAT WE GET A STATEMENT FROM HIM WHEN THE CAR WAS REPAIRED TO SAY THAT IT WAS OK IT OBVIOUSLY IS NOT OK AND WE WILL NOT REQUIRE A STATEMENT TO BE SIGNED WE WILL REFUND BACK TO HIM ALL THE MONEY THAT HE PAID BUT WILL NOT REIMBURSE HIM FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES HE DID NOT HAVE A CAR PREVIOUSLY AND WE CERTAINLY ARE UNAWARE OF ANY OTHER REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE WE ARE SORRY THAT WE CANNOT HELP IN THIS CASE WE CERTAINLY CAN TRY TO PUT HIM IN ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT IF IT IS MORE MONEY, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE

Yes I did purchase the car at 77,000 miles at the time of purchase in febuary 2015. This is not my first time purchasing a car with the business I had a 2008 Nissan Altima that I had for 1 year and never had a problem with it so I felt that is was in my best interest to go and purchase another car from the business. Yes I did speak with the [redacted] of the business and he was very rude and disgusting to me as a customer! His exact words were " I am not giving you your money back and if you have a problem with the car you need to let the bank. One and reposes it" then he hung up the phone on me. Now why would I let the bank take a car that I have been paying for when the bank is not the reason why the car isn't working? And yes he did ask me how many miles are currently on the car and I was unable to give an accurate answer because the car is not working! And I am unable to drive it! And as I stated to Paul the [redacted] the car was in bad condition when I purchased it he yelled at me and said no it was not now he wants me to take full responsibity for something I didn't cause! I am a grown women I work and go to school I don't just dog cars out and trash them and try to get new ones that's not the person I am! This isn't my first car. I have sent many people to purchase cars from this business and yet this is how I am treated as a customer!

we have tried repeatedly to satisfy [redacted].  We have known her and her family for a long time.  She did by the car in February of 2015 with 77,000 miles.  IT is true that in May 2015 she had an issue with the car.  A water leak had developed and the computer did get wet. ...

Although the car had almost 10,000 miles on it since the purchase 3 months before, we did repair the issue and also replaced a hub bearing as good will.  I don't know of any other dealer that would have done that for her.  Today, we received a call from her saying that the car is cutting off.  I asked how many miles were on the vehicle and did not receive an answer.  Of course, we can have an issue repaired but there is a point where a person must take responsibility.  Depending on the mileage on the vehicle we would be willing to offer assistance. However, this strictly depends on the mileage on the vehicle.

 please remove all hard inquiry on my credit report  i did not authorize any one to run my credit report  i did not authorize auto connection to run my credit and they still are running my credit to present date which even shows they ran my credit report last Friday  they have to stop running my credit now and in the future
