Review: On December 3, I received a paypal invoice for a product I ordered from this company for 79.00. I promptly paid the invoice and was told they would arrive by Christmas. They did not arrive nor have they arrived. In written communications, from December 11 until now, the owner of the business states they will ship the next day. Last week I was told they shipped, but when I requested a tracking number I have not received any further communication. Since my challenges, there are numerous complaints on her facebook page about paying but not receiving their order. It appears she ships some orders but not others, but continues to solicite sales. I would like to protect others as this women doesnt deserve to be called a business owner.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the products I did not receive.

After filing a Paypal complaint and A Revdex.com complaint the owner actually shipped my package. I was awaiting its arrival for the address, as she has changed the address on her facebook page and her website no longer works.
This women is not a responsible business owner.
