Out West Storekeeper

On 01-09-2015, I purchased six items of bedroom and entertainment furniture manufactured by [redacted] Furniture Co. from [redacted] at his store, "Out West Storekeeper" at a total cost of $8409.38 of which $778.00 was shipping and delivery. On 03-14-15, the items were delivered by [redacted], his father and two young men. [redacted] told me the blanket chest was damaged and he was getting a replacement but wanted me to keep the damaged one until the replacement arrived. I agreed at his request. After he had left I unwrapped the two night stands and found they both were also damaged. I contacted him immediately and showed his father, who had returned to my home. The father confirmed visually the night stands were damaged. [redacted] told me he would also replace both night stands. On 08-12-15, I went to the store front after not hearing back from [redacted]. He told me the replacements would arrive 08-22-15, they did not come. After many phone calls and visits to the store, [redacted] has repeatedly changed his story as to when the replacement furniture would arrive. I had been in phone contact with [redacted], the area representative from [redacted] Furniture Co. ([redacted]) regarding this issue last August and he told me [redacted] was taking care of the situation. I contacted [redacted] again and he was surprised this was not resolved last year. [redacted] has failed to respond to [redacted]'s calls and e-mails regarding this issue. As of today, 05-31-2016, I still do not have the replacement items. I spoke in person to [redacted] on 05-27-16 & 05-28-16 and he told me he would deliver the two night stand replacements on Sunday, 05-29-16 at around 9:00am. He DID NOT show up or call me even though I called to see where he was! Spoke to [redacted] today and he recommended I contact Revdex.com. I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue. [redacted] has also told me he would refund the cost of the blanket chest, 889.99 for my trouble. NOTHING YET. Cost of night stands 1238.00. Thank you for your time. G.
