Review: I took my mower to them to have them fix it, because it was cutting lopsided. I also wanted them to completely serviced it while they had it in their shop. There is no nice way of saying it. They have chosen to take advantage of me! They have repeatedly lied to me, and they have flat out ripped me off. They charged me for something they knew could not be done. They claimed they straightened my spindle, but this cannot be done. Not to mention my mower is still cutting lopsided. They charged me $211.00 to service the mower, replace blades, and straighten the spindle. I honestly am not sure they did anything! The brakes didn't work, and the mower still cuts lopsided. If they would do this on the obvious there's no telling what they would do on the things that are not obvious. This company has a severe lack of integrity! They should make my mower right.Desired Settlement: They need to make my mower right. They also need to apologize for their very poor dealings with me.
