I am rejecting this response because: I have been out of the country and am just reading the responseThe company said the replacement batteries were sent in February to LaredoI had no notice of this, nor do I know where they have been sentThey referred to my former installer, who they were informed months ago is out of the picture and all communication must go through me, the customerI need the batteries here in Mexico where I am locatedThe company must get the batteries here to meThey have an associate in Guadalajara to coordinate with.

We have contacted *** *** to resolve this issue, and he has agreed with the resolution of replacing his Radian inverter He just supplied us with the ship to address and we have issued the RMA for the replacement Please check with the customer to confirm but we believe we've

Sandra H[redacted], our Applications Engineering Manager, has contacted the customer. Previously, Jorge G[redacted],our Technical Support Supervisor, had visited the customer's site and inspected her system. He hadrecommended a...

setting change to the Mate3 monitoring device that the customer's installer (who actuallypurchased the equipment and resold it to [redacted]) decided not to use. This year there will be a software update tomake monitoring better, but in the meantime Sandra has informed [redacted] of the recommended setting changeand that her system is working properly.
