Mike was a pleasure to deal with, snakes are healthy (just got back from the vet for a checkup), and all is well. Be aware of what is in stock and what is on back order. Weather can impact shipping, and not just weather here - animals may be shipped from around the world, and the seller can't control what happens until he gets the animals. (Yes, my order took a long time to arrive. I ordered a species from Africa in the middle of winter that was on back order. I'd rather wait for a healthy animal than get a frozen/ sick one quickly)

Mike/Outback Reptiles replied to emails within short time, easy to reach by phone & answered questions over the phone. Our order was shipped same day, arrive on schedule. Will use again for our next order.

Review: I purchased a snake from Outback Reptiles, and it arrived in unhealthy conditions. The snake has health problems, and as such is a defective product.Desired Settlement: I'd either like to return, refund, or replace the snake at Outback Reptile's expense.
