is an absolute crook. I would never recommend doing business with him. He has had my dad's truck for two years. My dad would have gotten it sooner, but it was in pieces. The motor has been replaced twice by this man since my dad purchased it. Travis ( a friend of the salesman who sold my dad the truck) brought this truck to *** without my father's permission. *** would ignore phone calls and text messages from my dad when he would ask for updates on the vehicle constantly. My dad had went down there numerous times and *** would purposefully ignore him and leave the building. He charged my dad 6000 for a non working vehicle. The motor has supposedly been replaced, but the vehicle still will not run. It came back with more problems than when it was dropped off like the fuel bubbling and not getting the the engine. When my dad brought this up, *** threatened to charge him storage fees if he didn't come and pick it up and pay the cash. He gave him three days to come up with the money. He expected my father to pay his employee with cash and not get an immediate invoice. The invoice that was eventually provided had clearly false information saying the vehicle had been test driven, which was impossible. He refused to warranty his labor after my dad had requested a warranty through text message. He said he would be down there to discuss this with my dad and left him sitting in the rain for two hours. The truck was missing a bumper when my dad went to pick it up. The bumper was put on but has a dent in it that wasn't originally there. It also had trash in the back that didn't belong to his repair. The frame bolts have been stripped and kept falling out. This is going to be an additional expense my dad has to pay to another mechanic. Legal action is being pursued against this lowlife. Text messages between the two have been saved. Others also have open cases against him with similar experiences. I would not recommend using this shop or doing ANY business with this man. After paying 6000 the truck had to be towed away and he is blaming it not working on the original man, ***. Everyone that he has come into contact with says they are no longer talking to *** due to his poor business practices, including the place the built the motor and Travis, the man that originally referred my father to ***. I will be posting this review to google, numerous sites, yelp, and anywhere that will allow me to post a review. This man is a crook who only wants your money. He will leave your car worse than when he found it. The Revdex.com and TN licensing board has already been notified as of earlier today. He has poor communication. My father has worked all of his life and used some of his retirement money to buy this truck, which has been a goal of his and this sm took advantage of him.
