Outcast Garage

I have placed an order online with them on May 8 2020 . Now they are telling me my order wont be filled until the end of July. I have emailed them to cancel my order and to credit my credit card for which they have not responded.

Ordered a clear side marker for my car in January, on the website it said free shipping to the lower 48 states when I purchased it charged me 7 dollars, thinking it’d be expedited shipping or something I was okay with it. 3 months later I contact support and was informed that due to them shipping from Japan that wasn’t the case and that they’d ship my order Friday the 13th or Monday the 16th of this month. No offers to reimburse for the shipping no sorry it’s taking a long time just that they had stuff in stock now and will ship them. Well those days past and still no updates.

I ordered a replacement front bumper for my car through the Outcast Garage website in November of 2019. It is now March 2020. Over the course of the past 4 months I have emailed this business a number of times, and only about half of my emails have actually gotten a response. Each time I asked for some more information on what was going on I'd get another excuse. I was eventually told my package would take 5-15 days to be boxed for shipping. I have never heard of a company giving me an estimated period of time just for the package to be put in a box. 15 days went by and I had not gotten any notification that my package was ready to be shipped. So I emailed them again, and they ignored 2 of my emails. They responded to my third email by telling me that their suppliers have been affected by coronavirus. I do not believe this whatsoever. If they told me my package was being boxed, they should already have my package. I requested a refund after reading their response and still have yet to hear back from them. Outcast Garage has a disclaimer on their website that it will take up to 2 weeks to process a refund. I believe this is to deter people from canceling their orders because 2 weeks is a long time to have your money tied up for, and with how unreliable the customer service is here, you are unlikely to get any information from them on the status of your refund.

On 12/6,I purchased what was listed as a "ShineAuto" front bumper for my vehicle through their website.I figured they partnered with Shine Auto,who is also based in Southern California,and acted as a reseller.On 12/10/2019,I contacted Ray Davis(employee)via email,asking for an estimate for production/shipping time.I received no response. I proceeded to email ShinevAuto directly on 12/30 to ask for an estimated time,but they claimed no order was placed with them.I then immediately emailed OutcastGarage asking what happened, and was told they have a vendor who makes Shine Auto bumpers.Apparently that individual does not work for ShineAuto,so it appears im receiving a knockoff product, instead of one I paid for.On January 13th I asked for the order to be cancelled,and the claimed the owner of ShineAuto wss making the bumper(which is a lie because when I emailed ShineAuto,the owner was who I communicated with).On the 17th,they told me there would be a special cancellation fee for this order, which was detailed nowhere on their site.The same day I confirmed I wanted the order cancelled. I have not received a response since then.

Ordered an exhaust was told it was on back-order and will take 2 weeks to ship. Over a month passes without any status updates even after numerous attempts to contact Outcast Garage. Upon requesting cancellation and a refund I am still waiting for their "finance" department process the refund and it has also been over a month.
