This was literally human error between paperwork and the computer system due to the special pricing the [redacted] received***'s membership is indeed a lifetime membership, not a 5-year, and the information in our computer system was corrected today

The *** are well outside of the 3-day cancellation period detailed in their membership contract, as they bought their membership in Their membership is a 5-year membership and it is not able to be cancelled or sold to someone elseWe have eight resorts and within them we always have a
campsite available somewhere; it just may not be at their first-choice resortThe membership contract states that as wellReservationists will check any dates requested by someone calling to make reservationsWe recommend that the *** have their calendar handy when they call to make reservations so that an alternate date can be found if need be
