Hi there, we had Best Windows and Doors install windows in our home on two different occasions and we have been very appreciative of the quality of the product and the proffesisonisum of the installation We have recommended Best to our neighbours and friends and all who have gone with them have been satisfied with the experience they have recieved from BestIf your thinking of having doors, windows or other products from Best installed in your home, bussines or cottage rest assured you have made the right decision
Out of the six windows, have issuesAfter & 1/years of trying to get service, we wrote to the Revdex.com, and then Best Windows turned all the issues over to the manufacturerThe manufacturer fixed one issue and told us we would have to pay for the labor to fix the othersHere are the issuesThe large glass pane in the bay window is warped in spotsThe casing on the side crank outs got warped and wind was coming in (these casings are what was replaced as a favor to Best windows)One has become 'foggy' between the panes, and is supplied free by the manufacturer We do, or pay for the installOne window has a lock that is stuck and we can't open the windowAnd new this year, the inside pane on a window in a room that is hardly used, is cracked almost all the way acrossWe are senior citizens and definitely did nothing to cause this, nor can we afford the labour to fix all this I would NOT recommend this company to anyone
I had new operating windows installed in my older home to replace sealed units that allowed no air flowI had dealt with Best Windows and Doors a few years previously when I had new windows put into another house I owned and knew them to be an honest,reliable companyThey came out quickly to estimate and advise on a few thingsI decided to have a small greenhouse added on, plus have an older garage fitted with garden doorsI am delighted with the workthe greenhouse is a warm sunny spot, even in January and the air now flows through the houseThe greenhouse was up in five hours! And all the old construction material was cleaned up and removed Excellent company!

We recently had a very positive experience with Best Windows & Doors with the installation of a - season sunroom as an attachment to our homeThe entire process from the first meeting, the site inspection, the quotation, the deck removal and replacement and the sunroom installation was professional and positiveSince the project was done in late fall, we are anxiously awaiting spring to enjoy the room
I would not recommend Best Windows and Doors because of poor Serviice I have been waiting almost a year to get my screen fixed I called yesterday again and no one called me back
