find the City permitting and the *** allowances have partially affected the third party contractor's ability to provide what was ordered but the contractor will be working with the customer to resolve these issues and complete all work in a more timely fashion Upon their completion, Shasta Pools has agreed to having top management meet with the customer to discuss the desired outcome
