We have called and left you voicemails updating you on the problem with the burners with our supplier. As mentioned before, the burners came in wrong and had to be remade. As we made you aware - the burners had been upgraded from gauge to gauge stainless steel material which made the lead time extend beyond our wait time
Your order was shipped on 9-24-and have been updated by UPS (tracking#** *** *** ** *** *** that your order was received yesterday, Wednesday 10-1-14. If you do not want the order, please let us know and we will send a call tag for the burner and radiant

Review: I purchased a OCI LBQ48 about 5-6 years ago and the grill has been very good. I have tried to contact OCI many times to get parts for the grill. No one ever answers their main phone # and you have to leave a message. On October 7, I did talk to someone at customer service and order three Radiant replacement trays without tubes and the trays have corroded and now have holes.

I contacted them repeatedly the end of October and they finally called back saying the parts are back ordered and would ship soon. If the parts are back ordered it means they have not produced any grills in the past two months.

During the past two weeks, I have called and left messages on 11/12, 11/17 and 11/31. In addition, I have filled out the contact form on their website repeatedly trying to get an answer on when these parts will ship.

This is a $6000 grill and not the service a company of this caliber should provide.Desired Settlement: I would like the parts to repair my grill. It's unacceptable to not return phone calls. I run a business and my customers would destroy me on social media if I didn't call them back.

Review: My Credit Card was charged back on 8/14/2014, and I have not received my Product. I have called the Company on several occasions, and no one seems to ever answer. The couple of times they have answered, it has been the same person (Jim), and he told me my product would be shipping out that day, but that has not been the case. I have also asked him to provide me with the Tracking Number for my Product, and that request has been denied as well. I have currently processed a Charge Back Claim with my Bank, for the charge made to my Credit Card in the amount of $183.00.

Review: My complaint is nearly identical to another customer's. The company is completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails.

I need to replace two radiant trays for my OCI grill. After leaving numerous phone messages that were never returned, I finally connected with a live person on April 21, 2015. I was told the items were on back order, but I placed my order (including giving my credit card information). Nearly two months have passed and I still have not received the parts. I have sent four emails to follow up, only one of which received a response: still on back order, with no indication of when the parts might be available. I have also made several phone calls; never an answer, and never a returned call for any of the messages I have left.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from the business to let me know if I can reasonably expect to receive my order any time soon.

Review: Purchased an OCI Grill from [redacted] and [redacted] in [redacted] in July 2009. When grill was installed in September 2009 the grill did not work. In the first 3 years the grill went through 3 regulators and we have spent $[redacted] in repair to address severe fluctuations of cooking services. We have had numerous correspondences with OCI and they have never taken accountability for sending us a defective product. The local grill repairman refuses to repair their grills anymore. The local dealer discontinued carrying the product and there are no serviceman available for repair. Spoke to owner [redacted] serveral times in Summer of 2013, where he promised to make it right and have a technician come out, each time he promised to get back to me and he never did. Spoke to [redacted] as well as emailed him again over Summer 2014 for someone to come out and repair grill since I have been unable to find someone who can do repairs. Again, he promised to get back to me and did not. I contacted the retailer where I purchased the product and their calls have gone unanswered as well. We spent over $[redacted] for a grill that has never worked correctly and company has not stood behind there product or offered a resolution.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I would like a refund for the grill since there is no customer service for this product or someone who is available to repair it when it breaks.
