We have had and serviced this vehicle here several times. He was complaining about the noises it was making, and it had a SMV sign that was rattling, but he was not happy about our explanation. We did a warranty claim 1/29/because the engine was leaking oil and we fixed it.
We also made sure everything else was perfect on it, which it was. It has been back for the vibration, which we fixed and paid for (claim number ***). He has never had to bring it in here; we have always picked it up and dropped it off for him. We have been more than willing to work with him and haven’t heard from him in over months, so we were unaware of any additional issues
