We are in receipt of your letter dated October 21,2016, with regard to Case ID ***. We did install a patio at Mr***'s residence in 2012. Since that time we
have not maintained or done any additional work at the residence in approximately yea rsWe received a call from Mr*** and even though this is not covered under warranty ,we went to look at the patio. Based on years of experience we strongly believe this was caused by mower damage by another company,as this is a community has a single lawn care provider for the entire communityThe damage is on the outside corner of the patio and appears to have been hit repeatedly by mowers. We have attached pictures taken from our on-site visitThe loose pavers fall under a maintenance issueWe have not maintained the patio and have no knowledge of any maintenance that has been done in the four years since we have installed itOut of goodwill,we did agree to re-glue the four loose paversThis was placed on our fall schedule and has not been completedBased on the letter dated October 21, 2016, Mr*** is engaging another company to complete the workThe re-gluing portion should cost no more than $and we would be happy to reimburse Mr.*** for one half the cost ($50.00) for this work .
