I placed an order on February 16, There website states they ship within 3-daysI did not receive my order so days later I tried calling (mailbox always full), and emailed but received no responseI posted on *** on February 26, and they replied the next day that they found my order and would ship that dayI received my order a few days later and it only contained a small portion of what I orderedI emailed March 16, and asked about the rest of my order....again no response and phone mailbox fullI posted on *** that I would like a refund for the items I didn't receive and partial shipping costsI posted on *** March 18, and again no responseI posted again on *** March 26th because she occasionally responded thereMarch 31st she said posted she would issue a creditIt is April and still nothingI messaged her on *** that I would need to go to Visa because I still had not received a refund on April 8th and she messaged me back that I should be patient and she was working on itI said ok and on April 13th she messaged me that it would be done in the next few daysIt is April 27th, I have messaged her that I still have not received a refund and she has not respondedI will contact *** shortly and make a formal complaintIt is very fustrating that there is little to no communication and that the only response I can get is through *** Customer service is severely lacking and there seem to be many upset consumers looking at her *** posts

there is a good reason that this business is not accredited. They are the ultimate in bad service. We recently ordered a product from this company, and they were very quick to take the money, and to this day we have not yet received any delivery of the product. We have repeatedly try to contact them to no avail. We have left messages as to to why we were calling. We have sent them several emails directly to their website and to this day, we have received no responses. I would suggest that you think carefully before deciding to do business with these people.

Charge to my credit card was processed immediately.
After 4 weeks from order date, no goods sent to me.
Made several phone calls, none answered and voicemail box was full.
Thus I contacted the credit card company to initiate a chargeback.
Looks like the credit card company must have done something to spur this vendor into action: 2 days following my call to the credit card company, the order was shipped.
I should have checked on line reviews first- many customers have experienced non-shipment of goods they were charged for.

I made a small order online. Almost 2 weeks later and I still hadn't received a shipping notice from them or any other communication. They're shipping policy stated that they shipped within a few days and would contact customers to let them know that the shipment was delayed. I tried to contact them via email, asking that the order be cancelled (which the cancellation policy allowed - cancellations were accepted as long as the order hadn't been shipped yet). A few days later, I received a notification that the order had been shipped. I tried contacting them via email and their online contact form. Still no response.

Six weeks after the order was originally made, I've still had no response and the order hasn't arrive, despite it being shipped and despite having to pay almost $20 for "expedited" delivery.

I have tried to contact them again via several means today. The issue is still unresolved, but I wanted to make sure that other people knew that they DO NOT seem to check their email or respond to messages sent via the online contact form.

On Aug. 17/16, I sent an e transfer to this company to pay for sample swatches because I have a job to do for a customer. It has been processed through my bank but I have never received the samples. I have called but unable to leave a message. I have emailed but not getting any replies. And, I posted a negative review on their [redacted] page but it has been deleted. The transfer was for $6.78, plus $1.50 bank fee. I'm glad I didn't try to order the yard goods. I know there isn't any recourse through the bank to retrieve this money and they probably know it too.
