In my defense on the outstanding 500 dollars that they said was still owed was a surprise at the end of completion. When the contract was signed it was for 16,000. I specifically asked the out the door price due to hidden costs like this that get thrown to the consumer. When the owner of the company told me last year at the Home and Garden Show last year they would fix it, he said call his brother Lucas to set up a time for repairs. Lucas said the 500 dollars needed paid first, which I did right away going against how I felt it should never have been paid since it was outside the contract price. It has been almost a year since I was told it would be fixed. I just want my patio to be fixed and be proud of what I paid a lot of money for. Thank you for your help. If they stick to their word, I will be satisfied [redacted]
When the customer called regarding the repairs for the patio we were not able to enter a service request at that time because the customer still had an outstanding balance on their account from of $Outdowaived all late fees for the two years of the account being past dueSince then, the customer has paid their account balance and a service request has been entered and the repairs will be completed as requestedThe repairs will be done as soon as weather permits
