We are writing this review to show our gratitude and appreciation of Outdoor Innovations, Incfrom Tolland, CTWe have used this company on a couple of different occasions and each time they just amaze you with their spirit, attitude and skill but most of all "Good Old Fashioned Hard Work"This company is comprised of two brothers and a life long friend (plus crew)They possess a God given talentMore than we have ever seenFrom their designs to the finished product you will be amazed at the commitment they have for satisfying the homeowner and the great pride they take in their own hard workThey are actually a pleasure to have working around your property and they stand behind their work 100%We can honestly say if anyone is looking for a company for a landscape or stone project you should definitely call [redacted] We will say with pride that they are truly the best

Outdoor Innovations states this project is a "scam" and Property Owners are seeking "more than they were willing to pay for" in its response to Property Owners Revdex.com complaintProperty Owners are seeking what the contract outlines (contract is attached title Line Item Contract), and what both parties agreed uponProperty Owners were proffered multiple types of wall choices, varying from engineered blocks, to boulders, to limestone cubesProperty Owners selected the limestone cube wall, which was an upcharge from other types of products being shownThe final product that Outdoor Innovations installed is not a limestone cube wall and looks nothing like the picture Property Owners were givenAttached is the picture Outdoor Innovations provided to Property Owners along with what the wall actually looks likeThese pictures show Outdoor Innovations did not deliver on what the contract outlined
The response letter that Outdoor Innovations has sent to the Minnesota Attorney General, and also attached here as their Revdex.com response, is filled with statements and incorrect informationProperty Owners have filed a formal complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General, along with a formal complaint with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, in addition to their complaint with the Revdex.comProperty Owners response to the Attorney General includes a timeline of events, communications between Property Owners and Outdoor Innovations, pictures of the work that was performed from beginning to its current state, and other important and relevant documents showing that Outdoor Innovations has not delivered on their contract and why Property Owners have not sent in final paymentProperty Owners have received no response from Outdoor Innovations on their willingness or ability to finish the job per the contractProperty Owners have since hired a lawyer and a formal demand letter has been sent to Outdoor Innovations on trying to seek resolution and finish the projectProperty Owners, and lawyer, have yet to hear any communication from Outdoor Innovations on the demand letterProperty Owners at this point will seek resolution in court
Property Owners are still seeking the same resolution at this timeProperty Owners request Outdoor Innovations to build the original agreed upon limestone cube retaining wall (not substituted boulders) to a height of at least six feet, including sufficient amount of appropriate fill, which will require removal of existing limestone boulder wall, along with completing the final punch list items, or refund the amount of line of the contract "install limestone cube wall" in the amount of $17,480, together with reimbursement for the cost to remove the existing boulders and fix the remaining punch list items
