They were supposed to come back to fix issues
Do not use this company! We hired them to extend our patio around our pool, build a custom pergola and outdoor kitchen. We were told the job would take 15 days and it took almost two months. Although, for the most part the job was finally finished, a few of our brand new pavers had orange rust marks on them which we were promised would be replaced and never were. There are areas in the travertine on the kitchen with big gaps that again we were promised to be fixed.

The pergola is a whole different story. We provided pictures of what we wanted and were told "no problem". The pergola design was changed without our consent. The shade fabric we wanted was grayand we were very specific on this. Instead they installed a hideous orange shade. Eventually we got them to change that to finally be the color we requested. There are areas of the fabric that do not meet the wood in the pergola allowing leaves and water to get in.
My husband and I were holding the final payment as this was not corrected. The owner Gian Carlo begged us to pay him as his wife was going out of town and he desperately needed money to give her stating and promising "it would be fixed". In good faith like fools we trusted his words and paid him. Well here we are, being ignored and the issues with the pavers, travertine and pergola not fixed! So like I said earlier, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! For the amount of money we spent on this project the results should have been different. Very upsetting and disappointing.....

Desired Outcome

I want pavers replaced that have rust on them, the gaps in travertine filled in and pergola fixed where there are openings allowing both water and leaves to get in

Mr. hired my company to build an outdoor kitchen, pergola and installation of pavers. I subcontracted another person to build the pergola and pavers.No happy with his work.
The construction of the pergola took more time that should be.
The color of the fabric we told to Ms. was sold out and we showed her samples. She decided for the orange. After the fabric was installed she decided to changed to grey. The cost for the fabric and labor for installation has to be pay by me.
After 2 weeks I found the color she was asking for and hired another person to replace the fabric.
The cost for installation to the pergola 2 tvs, 4 speakers and 1 fan was no charge too.
My company have a few years in the market, I don't have extra cash and bills to pay.
I can't afford to pay for all bad color decision to my customers a pay for it.
After I beg for my payment I told her I am going to fix the pavers. After 2 days I gave her the 4 pavers to need to replace.
I don't do that work and I have to find somebody to do it.
After 10 days she started to write in google bad reviews to my company asking not to hire me and saying the others reviews are scams.
I don't understand why she wrote to your company asking to fix after all the damage she is doing to my company.
Another thing she is asking to be fix are the have for the travertine. I fixed all she show me in the picture only leaving one for safety reasons, that area need ventilation.

We never agreed to orange fabric. We requested gray from the start. We were never told that it was sold out but that they didn't have any. They showed me the orange color fabric, but they were also using gray corrugated covering over it which I was told "would conceal the orange color and make it look gray", and I was also told repeatedly "don't worry". That is the ONLY reason we allowed them to use it. Once installed it was NOT gray and was completely orange! *** is a liar. He never hired another person to install it. He used the same two guys for the ENTIRE job of the pergola.

In regards to his statement that he did not charge us for the installation of the 2 tv's, 4 speakers and a fan is untrue. First of all it was 2 speakers, not 4. Secondly it was requested that those be installed and included in the job which he in fact agreed upon and told us that he would include that as part of the labor at no additional charge because it was a very simple thing to do and wasn't time consuming.

Yes he came back and dropped off 4 new pavers to be replaced but he also told both myself and my husband that they would be replaced the following Monday which was two days later. He never showed up, he never hired anyone else to show up, gave excuse after excuse and then just started to ignore our texts and calls. He is very unprofessional. After looking into his company more, I discovered that the only two reviews he has on google are from his wife and her friend.

The issues with the travertine have nothing to do with the ventilation area but other areas within the travertine. There are gaps within the fabric that attaches to the pergola. There are rust stains on brand new pavers. We also noticed after looking over the job more that there are areas on the pergola that have no stain. I have uploaded a few pictures to show some of the issues. I also have proof of all correspondence stating everything I am saying is true.

My husband and I still want all of the above issues fixed. We paid a lot of money for this job and put our trust into Outdoor Kitchen and Grill Services that it would be done correctly.

I told to Ms. I will going to fix the pavers and I have to find somebody else to do that job.
I finally find somebody to do it but that person is not available until the end of this month.

*** needs to replace the 4 pavers, adjust the fabric on the pergola, touch up the area on the pergola that is missing stain and the couple spots on the travertine that need to be filled in. Once these areas of concern are fixed then the job will be satisfied. He has both my husband and my phone numbers so he can let us know an exact date that this will be resolved. We paid him a lot of money and were extremely understanding for the amount of time this job took considering when he was hired what we were promised so the least he can do is make it right.

Hello,
I will except Mr. response once I actually hear from him to fix the issues. He stated he was hiring someone else for the pavers and pergola but still hasn't acknowledged the areas of the travertine which "he personally did" that need to be fixed as well. He keeps stating the end of the month and it is already 10/23 yet still nothing from him. He was hired months ago so this needs to be resolved already as it is almost November!

Contractor has taken % of my money and has not returned to finish job and will not take my calls or texts.

We received deposit for $*** Total due $***

After we close the sale for $*** at the customer house. We sent a email with the new quote for $*** with different appliances, less expensive. After he received He was mad because he said he never heard telling him, we are going to change the appliances and he is going to call the neighbor who recommend my job and write a bad review about this company in his community.

We tried to explain , we don't make money in the appliances and if we gave him that price, means we have to paid from our pocket. And if we accept the discounted price was because we are going to use less expensive appliances.

To make short the story, we told him we are going to give him the appliances from the first quote, but we need time to find the money. He said ok.

When I started the job I start feeling very sick, but I have to finish the structure and I did it, the only thing was missing was the appliances.(icemaker, drawer/door and sink). After we told him we need time to get the money for his appliances and he said ok, He started to text every day if the appliances are ready. After many texts, we explained again we need time to find the money until the end of the month(September).
On September 29th, we asked for more time because I was sick and I couldn't work. Also asked, IF he can buy with the amount due $*** the sink and the drawer door and I can go to install them. That way is faster to get all the appliances.
We only get a ugly text telling us he is going to call a lawyer, even though we sent the copy of my doctor papers to prove we are not lying.

I always make my customer happy with my job, but this time unfortunately I got sick and I couldn't finish in the time I promise.
