appears to be an automatically generated invoice from [redacted] from its overseas corporate headquarters.  It is unlikely a response to your recent email to the company's Fairfax Centre.    Still, what it does communicate is the company's assertion that it still feels it is due > $900 (money it already has in the form of a 2 month security deposit). Unless you hear something from [redacted] by the end of this month, I will then pursue a small claims case in Fairfax County against [redacted] to not only request the court to apply my security deposit to the last two months of rent, but also to seek compensation for other rent already paid (at least for Jan 2015, but possibly also prorated for Oct, Nov, and Dec.) Thank you, [redacted]
