Review: When hiring [redacted] they began in Feb. of 2012 and we signed a contract that stated what we would pay ($113 a month) and the amount of services we would have receive and what that included. Each month the bill was higher than the amount in the contract. I started to stay home to watch the workers to see what they were doing one day. There was 1 worker that worked for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. When he left, there were still leaves left in our fake grass and rocks and proper care to the yard was not taken. I address this with the company in May. June was not different. In July I was out of town, but my husband was home and feels they did not even make an appearance. In August, I felt it was so bad I canceled service and said I would not pay for July, but would pay August. They have continued to send a bill $409.07 which is double the $226.20 we should have owed. I called and said that I would pay the $113.10 we owed for August, but that was unacceptable to them and was harassed by phone and email to pay what now they claim is $523.66. They have sent this to [redacted]. I will be responding to them, but would like help resolving this issue. I feel that this is not the only shady landscaping company in the area and this is just accepted by owners and services are paid regardless of quality or even showing up and actually doing the job. In the summer when they feel you may be out of town they do not service your lawn or do it very poorly yet charge for their service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop the claim with the [redacted] and stop contacting me. I have tried to paid for the amount agreed on even the month that was not serviced, but they did not accept and harasses me with email phone calls and now collections. I would willingly pay $113.10 that I feel I rightfully owe, but feel after all the headache they should drop it all together.

Our company policy- We will return and re-do any mistakes our crew makes when doing service for our customers, but if a customer calls a few days after the fact, we will not do a free service.
