Good morning, [redacted] -Mrs [redacted] was taken care of yesterday at our scheduled appointmentThe homeowner had attempted to change the timer settings and ended up with user error and her lights were stuck in the ON positionHer lighting was in perfect shape.We typically charge for a service call of this nature but I did work at n/c.I did receive the past phone records and there was a cell call that was dropped and they think she must have thought she was leaving a message but there was no connection seconds into the callTherefore, I had not known she called until the message end of last week.Thank you.Warm Regards,Erin Z [redacted]

Review: Company installed 7 up lights for my home two years ago----told me lights had lifetime warranty---even bulbs! No instructional material was left with the purchase. ( 2000 purchase)

The timer or something else has gone bad and the lights will not go off . I have left 5 messages at [redacted] requesting a service call with no response.

I left a message today again asking for a service call and stating I planned to called Revdex.com. No response. The address on their website is [redacted] which is different than the Midlothian address found on the Revdex.com search.Desired Settlement: I would like a service call to examine the lights and get them working properly
