We had a patio extension and bluestone placed After sealing of the bluestone many of the stones turned white and grout has also leached Last July Outdoor Living Areas extended our patio, added bluestone, and installed a small pergola [redacted] recommended the bluestone be sealed After sealing the bluestone the patio looked amazingAfter a month or less we noticed that the grout was leaching out onto the stones and they came back out and reapplied the sealer on 9/23/ After reapplying the grout is still leaching and many of the stones have turned white The patio looks horrible We paid by check - amount paid was 12, We have contacted [redacted] many times over the last months Many times the email/calls are not answered but the last response from [redacted] was that he had never seen this issue before and would have to research to figure out a solution and would get back with us On March our last email was to request a refund or an answer as to how this was going
